A new barrier-free parking system has been introduced at the Supernova Buzin shopping centre. Parking is free of charge for the first 180 minutes, after which each additional hour is charged €3, while the daily ticket costs €50.
Upon entering and leaving the parking area, cameras automatically read your vehicle’s licence plate and record the time spent in the car park. After the free period expires, the parking fee can be paid at a payment machine or via QR code (by scanning with your mobile device) within 24 hours of leaving the parking area.
If payment is not completed within the specified period, the General Terms of Parking Use apply, and a daily parking ticket will be issued for each calendar day the car park was used. The ticket will be sent to the registered owner’s home address.
The automatic licence plate recognition system processes only vehicle licence plate numbers and the time of entry and exit. For users who stay within the free period, all data is automatically deleted after leaving the car park. In cases where a parking ticket is issued, personal data is retained only until the payment is fully completed.
Comprehensive information about the processing of personal data is available on the website of the company managing the car park: https://www.betterpark.de/hr/zastita-podataka-web
The new barrier-free parking system ensures a faster, easier, and more convenient entry and exit experience — with complete protection of users’ personal data.
